hey any advice

ok im growing 2 seperate plants each with about four seeds in them ive been taking very good care of them feeding, watering, and they've been under plenty of light but not to much anyway i havnet seen any results its been about a week am i doing something wrong or am i just impatience

Ok, tbh you've given us NO information at all.

Have they sprouted? Did you germinate them?
Why are you feeding or watering them? You only EVER give nutes after around 3 weeks, because seedlings cant handle it.

I'd say go read the faqs and start again, knowing how to do it before doing it and not doing it wrong and not knowing.
