leave it, it may come back (germing another seed can take time, but its up to you), 3 plants are better than none, just be carefull, you'll still learn a lot about growing; and there will still be a payoff.

I planted 3 like 2 days ago and one seed was slow about germinating..It germinated today and I went outside to go plant it. Anxious to see my other plants to see how they were doing it was quite hard to find them. I thought they were gonna be bigger than I expected.
