produced a quantity of cannabis a controled drug of class c in contrvention of section 4(1) of the misuse of drugs act 1971.
contrary to section 4(2) (a) of and schedule 4 to the misuses of drugs act 1971.
had in your possession a quantity of cannabis a controlled drug of class c with intent to supply it to another in contrvention of section 4 (1) of the misuses of drugs act 1971 contrary to section 5 (3) of and schedual 4 to the misuses of drugs act 1971.

my solicitor said that the second charge will get thrown out of court and they only dropped it on me to get a guilty plea on the first charge,im pleading no case to answer as i cant see how anyone has the right to tell me what i can and cant put into my own body,i always thought there had to be a victim for a crime to be commited,so can i be my own victim because there sure as shit stinks aint any other victim in this..
