14 years of prison for a few joints?
Holy shit prison is gonna be full of nothing but stoners until they can't even fit real crinimals!
Unless cops are really gonna go that far to put kids in jail for 14 years?
14 years reminds me of the 15 years of imprisonment from Oldboy for fuck's sake.Originally Posted by BlazinTreesX3

who are these so called experts?they know nothing at all about cannabis, last time i was at court for growing they weighed the whole plant and the leaf from the rubbish bag,and 20 plants worked out at £95,000,i only grow for myself but to but it here cost £100 a ounce so that would have been 950 ounces from those 20 plants,47 and a half ounces a plant,WOW id only have to have 1 crop to be happy for the rest of my life, the goverment should keep its big fukin nose out of drugs and concentrate on getting its own house in order,a bigger band of crooks never had office in the uk

I know, they have no idea. They arrested a friend of mine and wighed the wet plants, the wet rockwool, the whole hydro set up and said the whole weight was of the cannabis, to have done it he must have had something like you gromorebud... It's stupid.

Look at the dates of the related articles, it looks like someone, in the world, is a few years behind:

So if you have over 5 grams of cannabis you're up shitz creek, but if you have less than 14 grams of crank/speed/crystal meth you're O.K.
They cannot possibly be ignorant of how destructive a speed addiction can be compared to a weed one.
Someone wants people hooked on speed...

What a pile of crap. How can having 5g. be considered dealing. 5g. is nothing some people smoke that in a day here. 14g. of speed is loads its the equivelant of about 3oz of weed I reckon.

It makes me sick, even the drugs advisory coucil say that cannabis should be kept as Class C and we should be allowed 1 Oz [28 grams] before its intent to supply. Well, within the first 2 weeks of this they will have changed the law again, cos they cant afford, or imprison all these people. If this goes through i can definatly say that people will complain. They wont have room for REAL ciminals, and they wont be able to arrest the murderers and rapists cos there too busy arresting people for smoking and growing a plant thats harmless. They aint hurting no one so why is it against the law. Have they got NO idea.
This is a typical government, that are trying to tell us how to live, and not listening to what the people of England want. Aover half of ppl in UK want weed legalised. It's a joke. If i got caught i'd move, and wouldnt bother turning up for court. Its a damn joke and it makes me sick to my stomach knowing these little jumped up morons can say the shit they are saying.
30,000 a year could die? WTF? Cannabis is harmless, and people are realising this now, if they carry on bullshitting people will not vote, and people will start riots, and i support them.
They're war against drugs failed before it started, why cant they THINK for once, and do the right thing, the thing that would put THEM back into control, by legalising the harmless drug. And what the fuck is this shit about .5 of a gram for a spliff, i normally have at least 2 gram spliffs cos i smoke it pure.
This cant be real, its not been thought out at all, and its all once big joke, that will give the government some of their biggest ever problems.
