Its pitiful when the cops measure every last thing to try and build a case against you. A friend of mine from back in school was arrested for possession. They got a warrant to search his house and they took his 2 plants, his bongs, pipes, vaporizers, they even took his collection of novelty lighters, and stated in court that he had cannabis weighing over 10 kg in his house. His case was eventually thrown out of court, because the prosecution changed its charge to dealing, and when it was revealed that he only had a few grams of actual cannabis, the judge ruled that they couldn't change their charge again, as it was 'fishing for criminals when there are thousands already.'
Cops and public prosecutions were forced to make a public, written apology and my friend sued them both anyways. Lost against the cops but won against the prosecutors (they settled) and he made a couple of thousand.
The ironic part? He used the money to start a farm and now he deals anyway...

the government are clueless fuck ups!!
but dont worry, i really doubt itll happen, it was only a month or go, that the suggested guidelines were going to be 500grams of weed, theyve gone from one extreme to the other
my bet is this is just some kind of fucked up government thing for whatever reason i cant be bothered trying to work out, and theyll settle for the middle, somewhere between 28-100 grams?

what a load of balls the second charge was a bin full of yellowed leaf, WTF has any would anyone here buy leaf never mind yellow leaf?ud think ur dealer was taking the piss if he even offered it to you,
my solicitor said that the second charge will get thrown out of court and they only dropped it on me to get a guilty plea on the first charge,im pleading no case to answer as i cant see how anyone has the right to tell me what i can and cant put into my own body,i always thought there had to be a victim for a crime to be commited,so can i be my own victim because there sure as shit stinks aint any other victim in this..

Simple, when and if we get nicked tell them to shove it and you aint gunner be charged for something thats one big joke.
THEY cannot arrest someone for growing a plant, this is it, I cant stand this country anymore.
As far as im concerned cannabis is legal and its like tobacco, free to take anywhere. Screw the cops, maybe if we all just start smoking more and more the gov will see its just made it worse and not better.
