He'll let you know if you need freon or not.Before you call someone,look and see if your lineset is frozen,accually will have ice on the line due to lack of insulation.could be a fix you could do without calling anyone!pull the black coating back together and duct tape the seem if it splitm or is torn.I still say you need a charge on it.You seem to have a refrigerant leak!I have 2 400 watt HPS lights and 1 265 cfm hydrofarm fan it will change the room temp in 5 minutes and drop th temp by 6 or so degrees.The size of your room makes alot of difference too.
