2 best friends going out....should i tell her?

2 of my best friends have been dating for the last year, but just broke up a few days ago, or atleast i think they broke up.

i hung out with the guy, joey, last night and a few other friends. but he said he was picking up this girl lauren before i got off work. well sure enough, joey has himself a new girl now.

now, his old gf is asking if hes alright and stuff and that he wont talk to her. i told her we hung out(didnt say the girl was with us) and he seemed alright. should i risk everything with pretty much everyone and tell her that he has a rebound, or what?

if anyones been in a similar situation, any advice would be greatfully appreciated. im thinking on telling her just so she can get the pain done with.

I think if she were to ask you straight out, you'd have to give her an honest answer. But I don't think you should tell her just on your own. She'll find out soon enough. Just be there for her and befriend her. Are you interested in her, Yoda?

I'd wait til the subject of him comes up again between the two of you. Then let her know that you think he might have started seeing someone else. Otherwise, I'd just keep your mouth shut til she asks.. no point in bringing him up whilst blazing or whatever else, if it isn't the topic of convo. Just my .02. Good luck!

Next time she asks and she will ask tell her that your not comfortable being in the middle of all this. Tell her that he is fine and that any issues they have with each other they need to work out with each other. Tell her if he wont talk to her than itâ??s his loss and she should move on.

i have slight interest in her, but ive known her a few years, and i just always thought of her as a really nice person. when me and an ex broke up and she fucked my friend 2 dyas later, she was there for me when i needed to rant, so im returning the favor. but that has nothing to do with this.

she knows about the other girl now. so i told her what i knew. im still trying to pick up the other details, but he aint talking so i cant do that.

she found out on her own, so atleast i didnt have to break her heart.

i dunno. whenever some kinda shit goes down with him, he just doesnt talk to ppl.
