Okay, so I got a little confused at the end. Did you call a waitress a bitch and/or break a plate? Or did the other guy tell the boss that when you actually didn't?

If he fired you just for messing around it's a little harsh. What's he expect you to do when there's no dishes to be washed - just stand and stare at the empty sink / dishwasher? But then it depends on whether you could be seen / heard from the restaurant floor. If that's all you did, try explaining to the guy that it was the girl who decided to flash you, and you didn't do any of the other things.

If, on the other hand, you did do those things, well I guess I can see where he's coming from. It's not gonna be hard for him to find another dishwasher, like Mingles said, and maybe that one won't give him problems.

Either way, if you considered the other guy a kinda-friend it's bad form for him to have snitched on you to the boss, but is it really worth getting into anything over a dishwashing job? Yeah, it sucks that you've now got to look for another position, but it's not the end of the world.

okay saturday i was late for work it was normal and then i see a pretty brunette just starting as a cook{i was a dishwasher] it was slow so i went i side with her and another dude he was a somewhat friend. me and her start making small talk and i keep making her laugh it was going good she smokes and everything. the night goes on like this and it was cool all of a sudden she says joe thats my name and i turn around and she flashes me.i started smiling and saying ohhh myy god.she did it again and it was a cool day at work we start laughin she went to do it again and i tried being funny so i put m,y shirt over m face and said no more i started laughing then she grabed me hoo hoooo:dance: and i was like what, it was some pretty random shit but it was cool. well anyways tthe other kid is standing next to her and seen it. that night and the next day i was like work is getting better. next thing i know the owner said that is wrong. and why i called a waitress a bitch and splashed water all over the floor. and said a dish got broken i got fired and i dont know what to do about this kid any ideas feel free to express:thumbsup:

serious how can the owner just get up and fire you like that? spilling a little water? who gives a fuck? seriouse man you should have the right to challenge his actions within 30 days since your demise fromt he company....this is legal you must do this or your goin citizens advice would be useless....failing that break his nose simple.....also go back and get that girls number man she sounds hot:thumbsup:
