Myco bags suck. I used those in the beginning. I wasn't impressed. Better to make your own substrate. A pressure cooker is a worthwhile investment.

i dident like the pressure cooker thing due cause i am always high, and for sum reason i think that poeses a health risk to me

The myco bags are good for starting a grow, because they're pretty idiot proof and pre-sterilized. After the bag is fully colonized, you can birth it into annother substrate(casing), and get much larger yields.
