flowering times????
this is my first time growing. that being said, ive been looking for an answere and just cant seem to find it anywhere. ive let my plants get way to big. they are from 3' to 4' now at 53 days. i recently learned that they get 2 to 3 times bigger while budding. i have limited space and time. my Q is will it take my plants longer to bud out than say a 18" plant, cuz of how big i let them get? i know that light and space has something to do with it aswell, so ill give a breif rundown on my setup. ive got 4 plants left after a bad kitty went bananas in my grow space. as i said they are all around 3' to 4' tall. the room is 6W X 6L X 8H. ive got 10 4' floros for side lights and a 4'x4' sky light that is clear plastic. the walls are clovered in mylar. i just started the 12/12 lighting schedule. ive been useing 30/10/10 fert and will start 18/24/16 next time i fert. i folar feed 2 times a week and mist every other night with reg tap water. this is my first time growing and im just useing schwagg seeds and growing as cheaply as possible. after this grow i will be buying seeds and better stuff to grow with. i know ill get alota "growing cheap is bad", but this is just a learning experience. all being said ive spent around 20.00 so far, so im not really that concerned about the outcome of this crop. ive learned alot from this site and they fine people in live chat have been a hugh help. anyway any tips, tricks, or screwups yall see ive made or am makeing please let me know. P.S. does any1 use food dehydrators to dry bud????

No, weather its a big plant or a small plant they will take the time. It's not about bud formation, but about THC and cannabinoid levels being at their optimum. The flowering period includes the time needed to mature the THC.
So, no. It wont take longer to bud than a smaller plant.

Nice plants. Tap water is fine but you need to let it set for 24 hours at room temp before using it. This will help dissapate unwanted chems in the water and get it to the right temp which is room temp. Never water with hot or cold water the roots dont like it.

umm, better test the ph of that tap water before saying how fine it is...tap water is notorious for high ph! but judging by the looks of those plants above i'd have to say all's well...and good job!
still, tap water should always be checked and it's easy and cheap to do too...
