So the other day Im going into the local rite aid to pick up some papers and I walk pass the pharmacy and I see a couple of old people picking up a Rx I mean this old lady and man were probally like 70 somthing and looked pathetic both of them had walkers one of them was trying to buy a gallon of milk which he had trouble lifting, When the register said how much they would be paying they both looked at each other shocked the old man had to put back the milk because he couldent afford it. It was sooo sad, I mean having to decide between getting food or getting their Rx filled so that they wont have to suffer that week. What bothers me the most is that the big drug companys like roche and phizer just sit back and do nothing except count the millions of $ they take from our grandparents who worked hard all their life only to have to go though this shit. What the fuck is wrong with America these days were they allow this to happen on a daily basis while they spend billions on a drug war they cant win. The DEA is going after old hippies who grow there own medical MJ and blacks who sell this harmless plant on the street so they can feed their childern, when they should be going after the big drug companys WHO ARE THE REAL CRIMINALS in this overmedicated country

how about all the meth users in jail, whose teeth are rotting out, the
government fixes those teeth at a tune of 12 million a year.

Just think, if we eliminate prohibition it will save our government far more money than they need to fix someones teeth. Why are we fixing their teeth anyway? Maybe some tooth pain will make them quit screwing up their health.

Our drug companies are out of control and have been for years. They're out of control because they have too much influence in Washington, playing kingmaker with PAC's, campaign contributions and favor trading. Basically they tell the people who are supposed to keep a lid on their abuses what laws to enact.

Our sick and elderly pay the price.

I'm with you on this. The old and the sick DO pay the price. And I think the drug companies and the insurance companies conspire together to make this happen. I really hate that. They not only influence Washington through PACs and campaign contributions and lobbyists; they also directly affect health care providers and hospitals and clinics, too. I find it unbelievable how unashamedly pharmas court physicians and how much payola-like influence insurance companies exert, too.
