    where to start your seedling

    maybe this has been answered a thousand times... but is it better to start off seedlings in little red plastic cups or should i just throw it into a 6in pot?

    I put mine into a 6" pot, they stay there for 2-3weeks max, then go to their final pots right now I'm using 2.5 gal

    Don't just throw seeds in a pot. Germinate them first, then plant ONE germinated seed per pot. Use the 6" to start with, but you will need to transplant to a bigger pot at some point.

    I have started from a 5 gall all the way through, but now i start in small pots, sex them and transplant the preflowering females.
