Is Golden Seal effective?

alright so i gotta take a drug test pretty soon (like 2 weeks) and i am not down with quitting seeing as it is the beginning of summer, plus the fact that i smoke everyday and 2 weeks is not enough to clear out that. However, there is a natural store close to me that sells golden seal, does anybody know if its legit? thanks.

2 weeks of not smoking, plus dilution should work for most people. Buy some home test strips (many of them) and read about creatinine and vitamin suppliments and you got a plan that should work. Of course not smoking for 2 weeks sux, but how bad do you want the job? How much more/better smoke can you buy WITH a decent job
