No, not BS, from what you posted, that's all that happened. The best thing for you to do is to get ready to start copping a plea. If I were you, my strategy would be to get a lawyer and work a deal. The motor vehicle offenses are misdemeanors, I actually wouldn't fight any of those. In return, hopefully they can drop the evading charges and hit and run (if hit and run is a felony in your state). If you have no prior criminal record, you have wiggle room. Another thing to consider is anything positive can be introduced in your favor. Going to college, get a school admin to write a character letter. Volunteer in your community, get someone else to do the same. The goal is to show you made a bunch of stupid mistakes (which you did) but that you are not incorigble (sp).
