Did I get ripped???

So I have this friend I've known for along time and he recently started dealing. His prices are a bit high, but then agian I live in a rich white suburb of chicago where prices are high and weed is not as common as most places. The last 1/4 I got from his was good shit, and I think it measured up, looked like a good solid 1/4, scaled it on HIS scale and it weighed out.

This time however, I wanted to buy a half oz. of this nice bud he has, red hairs and all. High mids probably, fairly dank shit. The prices was 150 dollars (expensive I know, but thats a good price for a good half arround here).

My problem however is that it looks REALLY fucking small for a half. If you lined the bottom of a normal ziplock bag about an inch high, and about half an inch deep, thats how big it is. few seeds, few stems, but it seems really compact, hard as shit nugs (a bit old but still GREAT smoking), and sticky as shit.

I measured it on his scale, and its says 14.4 grams, but I honestly am not sure if he messed with the calibration of his scale or not to make stuff weigh in more, or if he somehow did something to the weed to make it weigh more. Below is a picture of the weed, I wanna know if it looks like good weed, if it looks like 14g's, and if 150 is even to much for where I live.

So, yeah, the price is about right for the area.
Have you thought about cruising down to Evanston beach? Hop on Sheridan Rd or Greenbay rd and head south. You won't get lost.

Even if its tight compact bud it still only looks like 9-10 grams to me. The price is a little high for mids.
