Exercise is best, hack would be convinient. This problem solved itself for me cuz the only money i had was intended for food but I used it to buy weed, so esentailly instead of eating i was smokin! :stoned:
thats unhealthy though lol. Fresh fruit, water, sports drinks, veggies with low fat dip....the munchies go away if you think about somthing else or drink a bunch of water. But exercise is best. Try running a mile, smoking a bowl, run another mile, smoke another bowl...so the more you run the more ripped you get!:thumbsup:
