Got court tomorrow...

Well I have to go to court tomorrow for a Minor in Possession of Alchohol charge. I am 20 years old btw so I am a adult. Anyway I was wondering if you guys think I should plead innocent or no contest (i never plead guilty). Here is how it went....

I was drinking a 30 pack of Miller High Life with my friend who is 28 and his dad next to his brothers house in an alley but we were in a car. Also had a quarter of dank and a big bubbler pipe (which they didn't find luckily). My friend's dad went to jail on giving minor beer (well it was my beer but he took the blame and went to jail...good man). Anyway they didn't breathlyze me or anything just made me follow his finger with my eyes to to see if I was drunk or not. I also did admit to drinking 3 beers and I think thats where I messed up.

So is it really worth pleading innocent? I just don't want to lose my license like the cop told me I might.

BTW, I reside in Texas.

You're 20, friend 28 and his dad at least 38 And you're in Texas... that's got "get a lawyer" written all over it...

Yeah, you'll need a mouthpiece. At least today, plead Not Guilty.You should have never have copped to the 3 beers.
