Also had a quarter of dank and a big bubbler pipe (which they didn't find luckily). My friend's dad went to jail on giving minor beer (well it was my beer but he took the blame and went to jail...good man). Anyway they didn't breathlyze me or anything just made me follow his finger with my eyes to to see if I was drunk or not. I also did admit to drinking 3 beers and I think thats where I messed up.

So is it really worth pleading innocent? I just don't want to lose my license like the cop told me I might.

You're 20, friend 28 and his dad at least 38 And you're in Texas... that's got "get a lawyer" written all over it...
