Anyway they didn't breathlyze me or anything just made me follow his finger with my eyes to to see if I was drunk or not. I also did admit to drinking 3 beers and I think thats where I messed up.

So is it really worth pleading innocent? I just don't want to lose my license like the cop told me I might.

BTW, I reside in Texas.
You're 20, friend 28 and his dad at least 38 And you're in Texas... that's got "get a lawyer" written all over it...
