Just wondering cuz I have a friend that I've known for about 3 years who started smokin pot about 2 or 3 months ago, ive smoked with him about 10 times so far. Out of all those times, except for 2, he's been really annoying, a total buzz kill. When high he'll yell at the top of his lungs, feel the need to continually poke people or punch people, and just be all around hyper, mean, and Rating: 5
