Hey anyone ever hear of someone doing this before??

I have a plant that is only about 10 inches tall and it is beginning to flower. It is starting to tossle out and everything. I was wondering if this is good or bad or ok?? Also does anyone know if I can speed up flowering by giving a longer dark period. If so how will this affect the quality of the smoke?
Any answers would be and always are appreciated. If you have a question about cheap ways to grow let me know cause my plant right now is growing with a $10 dollar set-up!

If you make the dark cycle longer if will cause more stress on your plant cause going to the 12/12 cycle is what causes it to start flowering. I dont know of the exact consequences of changing it, but I wouldnt mess with it. Taking shortcuts will only cause you to have lower quality bud.
