Just grab a lighter a 'lightly' run it under the soft spot. Problem solved.

Now this cigar was very hard to work with and really layery but nonetheless i did it with the help of a lot of saliva. now... I microwaved it for 10 seconds and its good to go. now an hour later it is soft again. I already microwaved it and i dont know if it would be a good idea to do it again.
