How do you do a french inhale?

hmmm its not the easit thing to explain.

i guess best i can do is, take a nice sized hit but before you inhale in to the lungs, let the smoke linger in your mouth, open your mouth slightly and slowly push the smoke up and out your mouth while inhailing with your nose, so the smoke transfer up your nose, just keep praticin, takes practivce

When you're inhaling the smoke through your mouth, leave your mouth open a little bit and don't inhale very strongly at all and don't take the whole puff of smoke into your lungs. Basically, it's just a matter of letting a little "tongue," or mouthful, of smoke remain uninhaled so it wisps out of your mouth visibly before you finish the final part of the inhalation and and suck it back in. This was a much-desired talent to have when I was in college, and so we practiced it in front of the mirror, which is helpful. Smokin D's right. Practice is necessary. And even with lots of that, it's not something that happens every time you try it.

Ah, thanks guys I practices last night in front of a mirror, i could get some but i couldn't inhald through my nose anymore because im out of breath, Birdgirl your advice was very helpful.

Glad to be of help, Smirk! I'm already feeling guilty about having coached someone in inhaling cigarette smoke--or any kind of smoke--into their lungs. But I still remember how much I wanted to master that skill myself. Be careful and don't pick up a cigarette smoking habit!

yea take it into ur mouth and push ur tounge to ur teeth while inhaling through ur nose. it works pretty easy for me. (first time i tried it i could do it decently( not miss any smoke coming up from my mouth))

1)take a drag/hit
2)dont inhale the drag/hit.. just leave it in your mouth
3)open your mouth slightly
4)breathe in thru your nose (you might have to exhale from your mouth a little like "pushing" it out like every1 else said)
the smoke should go from your mouth up thru ur nose, into your lungs and u then just exhale it back out

if its really windy.. it wont really work. at least i cant do it wen its really windy

take a nice milky hit but just hold it in ur mouth, open your mouth and let the smoke slowly pour out. at the same time just keep ur mouth open and breath in with ur nose. there you have it.

just like that. and when the smoke is comin out your mouth as it is in the pic, start inhaling through your nose. and when you get good at this, have a friend give you a " Nose Gun ", instead of a normal shotgun through the mouth, have him aim the shotgun towards the nostril and inhale deeply.. its an instant headchange if you do it right
