I drink tons of fluids, but all water pretty much, I dont like sodas really, and I dont drink any alcohol...I quit drinking a couple years ago. My eating habits are healthy homeaid cooking, with some fast food when I can sneak it in. So you might of nailed it on the fluids, if drinking gallons and gallons of ice water a day will contribute....what else should I do, drink gatoraid instead?

No I dont go to bed late, so I never eat late at nite.....
Just good meals around 5-7

I dont eat cereal..it does nothing for me...how bout some hashbrowns, bacon and some eggs instead with some toast on the side.

I dont know....I think I live healthy but shit happens..haha
