does thc absorb only in your lungs? or in your whole body/blood stream and shit
there are two parts to this question...
A. no it does not just stay in your lungs, it is absorbed through lung tissue where it is distributed throughout your body via the bloodstream. you can test someone for weed through blood, saliva, hair or urine, so it pretty much stays in every nook and cranny in your body. it stays in your system generally 30-60 days, but it varries person to person. there is no garunteed cleansing method that you can just buy from a store, or things around the house (and all the ones you hear rarely work) but you can buy 'kits' from headshops and health stores, and they do work, otherwise you're stuck with it in your system, but if you have warning that you are going to need to go through a drug test in the future, you can help it get out of your system faster (maybe 2-3 weeks) by exercising (or something else that makes you sweat badly) and drinking lots of water, why is in the next part.
B. THC is fat/alcohol soulable, and that's where it's stored in your body, in fat, that's why excercising helps rid your body of the 'evidence'. part b is more about cooking tho, if you ever plan to cook, you have to make cannabutter, just throwing weed ina box of hamburger helper isn't going to cut it. because of this, this is also why the ammount it stays in your system varries from person to person. also, on the alcohol side, if anyone ever votes to put alcohol in the bong *and not intend on drinking it* is just wasting weed, because most (notice i said most and not all) of the thc gets caught in the alcohol, i can only catch a buzz if alcohol is in the bong and it was only once. good luck out there :thumbsup: welcome to the club.
