Also.. I was a dumbass and nuted a seedling from about day one.. now its pretty pitiful and looks kind of like the one in the first post.. can I save it?? How?? I considered either taking it out of the hydro system and just watering it untill it gets better or planting it in dirt and giving it a chance to overcome my screwup on its own.

Also.. when you say no nutes till week 2-3 do you nute the rockwool prior to starting the seeds? I have some that are h20 only rockwooled that might be taking a turn on me..

Any help would be greatly appreciated! This is a hydroponic grow in a drip system under LOTS of CFL's.. will be HPS in bloom.
I spritz them until they are rooted and growing, then water real lightly with a baster syringe.
I start in 4" pots...So, what I do is after they have been put into 4" pots...I spritz kinda heavy...mainly into the medium...then when they have rooted and start growing (you can tell)...I water with ph'd rowater with superthrive or Liquid Karma*...
*with clones; once rooted I start them on Liquiid Karma, which is just like a very light nute solution.
with seedlings I use Superthrive.

I let them get 6-8", and re-pot into 2 gallon pots for seedlings and 3 gallon pots for clones.

No nutes would include the cart and the horse...

for r'wool: I soak 1"x1" r'wool starters in ph'd water with superthrive, shake out 1x1 real good and add seed. In 2-4 days usually I get sprout...No nutes...spritz lightly ewith water...If the plant isn't turnig different colors...then No nutes until it get's 4-5 alternating stes of leaves(nodes).
