anyone ever use products containing ephedra?

i just got a couple month supply of the orginal stacker 2s, just started em 3 days ago, its going great.

just tryin to lose a few pounds for hockey season, these bad boys average 30 pounds lost a month

i'd be careful with ephedra, especially after the pro-athletes whose deaths were linked to usage of products containing ephedra. but i have never used it myself

I used to occasionally take ephedra-containing diet pills when I was younger, but then I got a heart arrhythmia and couldn't take it any more. Fortunately it wasn't one of the sudden deadly arrhythmias. Now where I live, ephedra's no longer around in the stores. Just be careful. It can be rough on even a healthy heart.

Ephedra has been illegalized where I live, and where I used to work.

We used to get cases of the stuff in and sold it all the time.

Some stupid athlete took more than the recommended dosage before a game and had a heart attack. Big surprise.

Too bad I didn't keep a few bottles, I used to buy them all the time because ephedra is nice for clearing your head in my opinion. -Both of my bosses used to take more than they were suppose to and they were quite wired most of the time.

I bought a 220 count bottle a couple of years ago which I'm about to run out of. Usually use it once in a while when I need to go to the gym but don't have energy. Recently discovered that if I take two just before I hit some weed, it makes for a really interesting effect, more buzzed, less hungry. Too bad I don't have more.

Ephedra itself is highly effective for burning fat - but like all things great it comes with a very high price - too much can kill you and you don't need a lot for it to be too much. I suggest researching as much as you can before taking this stuff.
