Every thought/emotion/feeling/ect. in your life is created by you. You are God. You look up to the sky like he is above you. We dont believe what we dont see as humans correct? Well what if we have just chosen not to see the beauty, joy and pure love of spirit of which surrounds us constantly. There was an expieriment with cats. One set of cats grew up in a completly virtical room, painted virtically, fed virtically. One set in a horizontal room. Years later when they were removed from the rooms, the cats in the virtical room were unable to see horizontal things and the cats in the horizontal room would run into table legs unable to see virtical things. This is just what humans have done, we have grown up in an illusion, it is all we know.

I quess the observation, by behavioral researchers, that much of our mental/emotional pain is due to false beliefs, presumptions, that are fundamentally flawed, a bent paradigm, learned at home. Unspoken relational transactions that we then presume to be correct, thought or behavior.

The "Word" referes to this as a strong hold.(Ephesians 6). WE war not against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers, in igh places, to the pulling down of strong holds.

These strongholds are houses of thought that agree with the demonic that gives him cover.
However, they are multilevel. one is built upon another upon another etc...

It is a house of lies that houses the enemy.

genetic.... geneologies. handed down from generation, to generation, etc..
You've probably heard of familiar spirits.... this is where that comes from.

Familiar, same root word as family. These dark entities have hung around us and our families for eons.... they know us better than we do.

Satan, talked with Eve until, he got her to get into agreement with Him.

These misconceptions (lies) must be dismantled. The emotions and feelings will heal.

In all honesty I dont get it, but I am working towards it through meditation and communication with spirit. Yes you are God. But sadly there is a fake god of which American culture especially has dedicated them selves to. It is a god of looking up to somone else for answers. For example I take Tai Chi, I am in the front of the class and when the Sifu(male instructor) Tells the class to practice on thier own the whole class waits for me to start doing the moves. So I start for a moment then just pause, then noone knows what to do. It is rediculous.
