I don't get this situation. They can't search your house unless you say they can, so you must have, in which case you dug your own grave. Also I used to get stopped and searched on a regular basis because I wore a cap all the time. The thing to remember is feds go on instinct. If you look dodgy, hoody, cap e.t.c, they will pull you over. Dress better, no cap, and you can increase your chances of not getting stopped. Its all about image.

if the police had to ask for your permission to search your house, no1 would ever get busted u dumbass!!
in FACT: police can't search your premisis UNLESS they have reasonable suspicion to, then they can (same with the hat thing)
however if they do not have proof of reasonable suspicion then they did one thing wrong & the whole case is void! they can't fuck u.

by the way it's a HAT & not a CAP. i wear tam's not caps & therefore it's more like a religious thing.
