my life ruined by one joint

the other day i got arrested for having one joint on me! it just so happened that that was the last joint i had left out of about 4 oz that was from my last harvest. anyway, for some reason they decided to search my house they also took my right away to tell anyone that i was in the police station (i'm 17) oh yeah thought i'd mention this is in england. they only searched my room but found 4 clones in a propagator on top of my reptile cage (to keep them warm) luckily they hadn't rooted yet. therfore they wern't actually plants yet. bad news is, i've already been arrested for possesion. they found no other weed apart from that joint & the clones!
they certainly knew more than they appeared to know i think they've seen me going into my hydroponics shop a few times & decided to follow me.
anyone got any ideas on what i'll end up with?

also keep your eye's open for a new journal. lol i was going to do a journal on my next grow, but i can't grow weed now so it's gonna have to be orchids or summin else, any preferences?

grow rooms arn't illegal it's what you grow in them!

or you told some one what you are doing.I do not Know the
law's in the UK so i do not know what thay will do.I hope every
thing work's out for you.

shouldnt be that bad i got caught with a half 0z and i got a warning, thought it was my first offence and i didnt have growing equipment so i dont know about you, mabye be a jail sentence mabye a fine though

why did they search your house? Were you smoking a jay right outside or something? I figured youd need a warrant in the U.K. too.

Sorry about your downfall, man.

I don't know much about the law in the UK; but there is no way it would have went down that way here in Washington State. And even if it had you could get a lawyer and get off free because anything found wouldn't be recognised by the court. The police also would be repremanded for unlawful entry... at least, that's what would happen in Washington State, guess other states here in the US might be less concerned with citizen's rights.

in america for me it would be jail time and then a fine. but who knows what youll get. Good luck

if they were trying to follow you to the hyrdo shop after the incident, that may mean they don't have enough evidence on you to charge you with anything serious...maybe...

Not sure about UK Laws. But I've been down that road before. For me my MIP was a $600 fine, a week of community service, and two years of unmonitored probation. Good luck, man.

I dont even know why I'm posting in this thread, they probably know what sites you go to also and investigate this site , we're all screwed.
