Help me pick one of these Ferts!!! Fast
Hello guys, Sorry for the many posts, trying to figure out whats the best for my plant.. hehe.. Im going somewhere tommorow and they have these things as listed. Tell me what you guys prefer and what should be the best:
Jacks Orchid Special 8 oz:
High nitrogen balance for orchids in fir bark. Feeds through both the roots and leaves.
30-10-10 analysis

Blood Meal - 3.5 Lb:
12-0-0. A natural source of nitrogen for greener, more vigorous fruit, flowers, shrubs and vegetables. Provides both slow and quick release nitrogen.

Dried Blood 4 Lb:
A safe source of organic nitrogen, which naturally produces more vigorous plants with richer, greener leaves and larger, more luxuriant blooms. A time proven remedy for sickly plants. 12-0-0 analysis.

I'd definatly go with one of the organic blood meals. In fact I used blood meal to make my plots. Organics preserve the taste, smell and smoothness of the smoke. Its also safer to use because it breaks down overtime and wont burn your plants

u need some 20-20 -20 really, or 10-50-10
u need the middle number when starting to help develop lots of roots

He vegging his plant so he'll need mainly nitrogen. Phousphurous and potassium help promote root and flower growth while nitrogen promotes the dark green foliage of vegetative. I say use the blood meal for veg and find something like 5-10-10 for flowering.
