This is not how to get people to listen to you or to understand where you are coming from.
This is how you give people the impression that this site will be better off if you get banned, nevermind kicked.

Why dont you take a deep breath, maybe a smoke, and try again.
If you want us to understand you, or Ron to help you then you will have to at least do that.

If you can put your thoughts and feelings down intelligently and respectfully maybe you can take a few steps forward.
If all you can do is rant, swear and insult everyone with such vulger names then all you are doing is proving someone elses point for them.

The last time he smoked was on May 3. Now he has a drug test on June 5. Does he have any chance of passing the drug test on June 5?? He has not had any type of contact since May 3.
