nutrients/water??

hey, just wondering a few things about nutes and water.

will spring water purchased from say wal mart be good for a grow?

now as far as nutrients, when, how, what kind, do you use nutes? i honestly have no knowledge about nutes, i did not use them once during my last grow. i belive you mix them with your water.....do you do this during the entire grow, or different ratios for veg and flower?

now i belive a good ph level in the water for an indoor grow is 6.5, is this true? also, what is the average cost of a ph meter, and how hard is it to get your water to a 6.5?

Smokin, your doing your home work and asking the right questions and learning alot. You might want to go hydro man. By the time you learn this you could have a crop of hydro. If I can do it anyone can. Nutrients are easy to mix but get shultz catus nutes it's about as close to MJ growing as you can get .Unless you mix your own. Miracle grow is bad for MJ. Follow the instructions on the box. Want to see my grow let me know ? I'll show some pic's that will make you drule. I got about a week and it's killing me.
