Why was LIP banned?

Lip IS a very cool person.. i've yet to see someone greet as many people as Lip...but that doesn't protect you from anything. It simply got out of hand, and i'm sure everyone realizes it...

I went through his posts and couldnt find any reason that he was banned, unless its been deleted. LIP was cool. People are getting banned left right and centre here, only last week Mand was banned.
