I think it would be a great idea, and I'd love it, if alot of people would step up and do it, but it will take time. Alot of people are afraid of doing something like that. For instance, I think it's a great idea, but until I have a large amount of power and respect from the town or whatever, I wouldn't do it, otherwise they'd just arrest you (they'd find a way) or shut down the place. At least, that's how it would be here... I live in the mid-west, in a conservative town...
