So I'm an avid user of these forums and I get a kick out of reading the adventurous getting busted stories.Well finally I have one of my own to tell.

Last night I fucked up bad.Made atleast 5 of the most stupedist fucking decisions I've ever made in my life...SO FAR, cause I'm there there will be more.

Friends out of town and me and 2 others use there backyard to drink and smoke pot.We only had an ounce on us.In this backyard the owners apparently were hiding MORE then 2 ounces and we were not aware of this.When the cops came to the house we hid OUR once and just went out and took the fall.Well they get us for minor in consumtion of alchohol, cigarettes, and paraphenelia (I had a pipe on me I forgot to ditch).

Well we head to the police station and since I'm 16 and the other was 15 we went to the juvenile part while the other who is 17 stayed the night in jail.Me and the other minor were not aware they found marijuana and how much the police found until we left.Just today the 17 year old was released and he went back up to the house to find his weed...so in conclusion the police found more then 2 OUNCES OF THE OWNERS OF THE HOUSE WEED.

SO I'm wondering if there any loopholes in this.I thought if you get caught for possesion that means they HAVE to find the weed ON you...? But does this mean the owners of the house get busted for the weed? I'm just really confused and do not want the wrong people getting in trouble for this.

Down here the laws are very stiff, Did they just let your parents come pick you up from juvinile detention or did you leave with tickets in hand? Unless they think you ran into the house to stash the weed you wont be charged, the owner of the resident may be charged

That sucks alot, where did you stash the 2 oz's If it was in the kids house I would think that they would need warrant to search

Did the cops read you your rights and follow procedure properly?( I know many people who have gotten off because of a pig not reading them their rights)

Find a good lawyer most likely you'll get community service and probation
which means you wont be smoking for awhile but anyways good luck and do your research

Ok NOONE went in the house at all this ALL strictly took place in the back yard.No my friend went back and got his weed where he hid it before the cops came.. this morning.Thats how we figured out it was not our weed they found in the backyard, and it was the owners of the house.
