Or it could be heat burn from a light?
You can't recover from that much burn you can only hope it grows out. There is nothing there to recover the tips are burned and dead as are some of the leafs. You can trim them off to improve airflow. I get that from having the light to close to the tops of the plants. My bad :sadcrying
