    Connection

I was a child. the world was pure, there was nothing but the rain, the rocks, and a world boundless and totally connected to me with a peice of The Man of Steel's Crimson Iron underpants. Electricity with a dash of funhouse mirror vision wrapped up in some semblance of a human frame surrounding it, somewhere in a large commercial marketplace. Maybe shooting a 1-ton chunk of metal and plastic down a Tar road was a bad idea when you've been hit with a thunderbolt, but me and the five other strange creatures in the car could care less. All stranger than me, maybe, by sheer variance of genetic code and background. Two connected to each other, one trying to break his connection, a space alien who didn't need any and a child like myself who needed one to help break his poor aunt Ethyl's heart. He was, like I had been before, stuck to a bottle. It wasn't milk, though. The two freaks, constantly interconnected, were Sam and Eric. Samneric? Not at all, when you consider the fact that they were twins and these were copulators, right next to the other child and the creature snapping some bonds of sentiment. The Space alien's house, was a sanctuary for the warriors against time's slow crawl, their weapons being small little tablets made by a man named Joe Holland. The other child was truly, scared. Instead of the Empathy endowed by some crazy force of synthesized nature, he had the Flood. Salty tears flooding dialated eye ducts, just because the door to his own heart was unlocked just a tad more than "busted wide fucking open". Poor kid. Another grey haired chemical-progeny dealt with him for awhile, and then I conversed. He was the mirror image of my soul. I knew what he felt. His booze obstacle would be overcome, we are sure of it, all of us. More things chained to the brown Budweiser Bottle had overcome it, more wretched than he. But he couldn't handle his paternal elements, stormwinds of drugs and work. I could help the kid that night, it seemed, one hour after I should have departed. I did, and he was growing before my eyes. he had stubble on his chin, and a lack of innocence in his eyes. It seemed familiar, but I didn't know from whence. I returned to my abode, late, and encountered my beloved sister, with what seemed like an imitation of Travis Barker, Gaunt Ghostly, pale, Mohawked.
She vowed to kill me for rotating down the hill.
    And I Rested, not slept.
When I awoke, I saw something. That Innocence was gone, and Hair was on my jaw.
