How would you get addicted to tobacco if their isnt any in the paper or wrap?

I have no idea what your talking about..

.. what do you think blunt wraps are made of? cardboard? lol jus playin but in your sig its sayin reefer n blunts are all thats needed you shuld of at least known blunt wraps are made of tobacco.
