twitches used to happen to me all the time and i used to get embarrest about it in front of more 'experinced' smokers... untill i realized that is is down to stress really... the more stressed i am the more i twitch when im smoking.... i guess its a release of some kind... try laying down while smoking if you is twitching too much.... it helps me... but hey... we all do it and its all good fun!

I'm twitchy whether I'm high or not.Less your talking some really violent twitching like grand mal seizure type twitching,I wouldn't worry too much about it.You also might try smoking an indica dominant strain instead of a sativa heavy strain like skunk.I don't think an Indica will give you twitches,more likely to leave you semi-comatose for a few hours.
