Its a Plant Reviewed by Its a Plant on . hold it in' just a bit of a random query but when i first started smoking all my friends told me to hold it in for about 30secs or longer after every toke however the daily factiod on the home page explains not too. Mabye its just my youthfulness but are they talking about different things or are my friends just trippin?:confused: Rating: 5
