Thats not entirely true. If you have previous convictions for growing our lovely plant and you get busted with the fuck pigs in the UK.Whether you have plants or not but have a grow room set up they will charge you with conspiracy to cultivate cannabis, misuse of drugs act 19--blah blah blah take this from someone who knows this as fact lol.better if the cops dint know that you grow at all as they never leave you alone when they find out as others on this site will confirm.the postman.
