Hey all. Spent all day on here yesterday looking for some reassurance, couldn't get registered fast enough to post.

Ok-situation-I'm in a drug and alcohol recovery program for a DUI, we are dropped every week. Been clean since March 1st. Drops came back clean about the 12th. Well I graduated the IOP session and celebrated a little that weekend, (May 20 and 21) just a couple hits off a hitter nothing major. Well that Friday, the 26th, I had to drop, so I drank a shit load of water. Figuring I can do it again today, I smoked again only a couple hits this weekend. So my counselor calls me yesterday and says the previous screen came back diluted. My creatine levels were like 1! and the gravity level or what ever that's usually around 150-170 came back at 5. MAJOR DILUTION-so after reading a bunch of posts here yesterday, I went to Walgreens and bought a test. Came back negative. It claims 99.9% accurate and there were no money back guarantee claims, so I figured, it was a pretty reliable.

My question is I dropped today, no dilution, just some cranberry supplements, bottle of water, and prayer. What do you all think? Should I stress?

I'm 5'2, 106 and a high metabolism-I'm thinking this is a good thing.
