how's that for a perfect example ? ... by his own admission, a minor, ... and to top it off, he is PROUD of his vast drug knowledge, but evidently spent too much time in POT class, and not enough time in spelling and punctuation classes, not to mention his ignorance of common courtesy ... I especially admire his 'challenge' to the moderators, "no one can take this sight(sic) from me and i mean NO ONE" ... ... I have been irritated in here occasionally, , but you have never seen me resort to profanity, threats, or name-calling ... boy, I can just imagine the employers standing in line for this guy ...

I have decided to stay, until I'm either banned, or assassinated ... ... but, I am going to try 'lightening up' a bit ... not easy for an old cranky biker, but I'm not here to offend ... I will simply not respond to the morons, and hopefully, won't be helping a young person down the wrong road ... like I tell my son, when he gives me that "Dad!, you did it when you were my age !" ... The moderators on any site cannot
tell who are minors and who isn't if this is a rule on a site
that you have to be 18 the person is going to lie to gain
access so you cannot control that.

The moderators CAN tell how old they are when children "out themselves," and they do. Just grep the forums and you'll find thousands of kids here admitting their ages. It's not as hard to bust kids as kids think, they're not that smart.
Even NORML is against kids using mj, it's not rocket science,they hurt our cause of legalizaion for adults. It'll NEVER be legal for kids because they ARE kids, so they're not allowed to make such decsions for themselves. Thank God kids don't run the world like they think they do.

Very true. I guess I'm a fairly well-respected member of this community, despite my age limit. I have noticed that this place is beginning to lose its value from kids coming in here who think they're doing something special by making complete fools and asses of themselves. In the 6 months I've been here, I've seen this place go from a place with just a few assholes to being full of mostly underage assholes. On banning, however, it should be based on a person's attitude and posting. I strongly believe minors can also be intelligent like any adult, you shouldn't throw us all in a worthless pile of shit group and ban us.

smokes pot does hinder the legalization. We need more
"norms" of society who smoke marijuana to represent
people that use marijuana. Im tired of this hippie stereo
type we get pigeon holed with. (I have nothing against
hippies) A lot of people see a person that uses marijuana
as a stupid brain dead hippie or some drug addict and kids
smoking pot does not help either.

So, you admit it should be for adults only but because retarded kids are going to LIE they should be rewarded by being allowed to stay? C'mon?!? You make the rule, bust the ones you can and at least then you can say the site is acting responsibly. If anti-pot people want no votes for resheduling they only have to show them this website to prove what "pot does to kids" and how it's tolerated and encouraged by other, adult, drug users (which they'll call dealers) and turn a potential rescheduling yes vote into a permanent NO vote.
