Attention to the new OWNER: Ban the Minors ...

One of the first things I noticed about this site was the non-age restrictions. I didn't think much of it cause I believe that all people are capable of intelligent thought and age should be no restriction. People can easily lie about their age on a online forum. The only problem I have with some "kids" on this site is the immaturity shown by the few. For it is the few that ruin it for the many.

On another note: This is a question to the mods, why have there been a rush of bans recently? Is this part of the new owners thing or is this just a crackdown?

This really is odd I must say. To be sitting back watching the cc.com I once knew and loved unfold before my eyes is a sad sight. Not that anything's wrong, there's just a lot of changes and for the most part there seem's to be a huge cloud of negativity hangin' around us all...

I say mods do your thing I'm not for getting in the way. I just hope that same atmosphere that first drew me in returns soon..

The regulars are always going to hate the new comers
that act as if they have no manners "its a given." Im a
moderator on a chat site and i get these same complaints
that you are posting. The moderators on any site cannot
tell who are minors and who isn't if this is a rule on a site
that you have to be 18 the person is going to lie to gain
access so you cannot control that.
So just let the moderators do their jobs petty complaints

how's that for a perfect example ? ... by his own admission, a minor, ... and to top it off, he is PROUD of his vast drug knowledge, but evidently spent too much time in POT class, and not enough time in spelling and punctuation classes, not to mention his ignorance of common courtesy ... I especially admire his 'challenge' to the moderators, "no one can take this sight(sic) from me and i mean NO ONE" ... ... I have been irritated in here occasionally, , but you have never seen me resort to profanity, threats, or name-calling ... boy, I can just imagine the employers standing in line for this guy ...

How is banning minors solving the problem? There are some older than 18 and still act as a minor. If someone is troubleing you then PM a mod or admin and tell them what had happen
