shake is everything thats left when you're running out of weed, its the stuff thats already broken up and in the bottom of the bag. i love to buy big bags of shake, because its cheaper and you get ALOT more.

the crystals in the bottom of a bag of chronic are usualled called kif, or keef or keif. or its the stuff that goes throught the screen on a good grinder.

shake is broken up weed, kif is the powder that contains alot of trichromes that can be collected with a grinder that has a screen.
