What kind of threads/posts are allowed??
You moderators did a good thing there. The framers of the first amendment would have been proud. I certainly am.
Thank you, Geounagual, for your posts. I agree with Zandor's nod to the sadness making the joy greater, the good balancing the bad. I may be facing a slightly similar situation with a beloved sister before too long. Somehow it was nice to see a fellow caring spirit talking about the process with openness. I am sorry to hear about del.. and I am not sure exactly why he quit. I am sure it was not over deleting the thread that I made yesterday about my 93 year old friend dying. It was probably a build up of things. He said that it was the most buzzkill-est thread he had ever seen. It contained no profanity, no racism, no flaming. Just stated the facts and I wanted to share my experience with everyone and it was deleted.
