Atleast in Oregon, UTI Laws only apply when operating a motor vehicle or heavy machinery. Also, in Oregon possesion by consumption only applies to minors and alcohol... there is no possesion chare against the actual consumption of the drug. I do not know of a federal law that makes being high illegal (it would probably be ruled unconstitutional as a states right case). The only problem would be is that the FAA will not allow people visibly influence of any intoxicant on a plane. So all you have to do is act cool, and enjoy your flight.
insanity Reviewed by insanity on . Flying on a Plane While High I'm about to fly from Ohio to Arizona for my cousin's wedding, and I leave in four hours, that's when the plane goes out. I'm just going to stay awake untill then and sleep on the plane, but I'm high. I was wondering, could I get on the plane high? Would the police and shit notice, even if I take a shower and put on some fresh clothes? Has anyone ever done it? Rating: 5
