HEEEELP. CANT AFFORD TOO MANY MISTAKES

i want to use a old refrig which is about 2x2 inside space. i`ll use an ebb flo system that can hold 16 plants and a 400w swicthable mh/hps light. will i be able to grow atlest a pound?
also please explain how after the seeds soak in water for 24 hours then placed between two napkins then.. what exaclty?do they go in the grodon with tap facing down? then something about flourecent light or humididome, which one?
please just give me the run down from seed to plant? :dance:
