    Root Question

Today after transplanting, I noticed at the bottom of my soil, which is about 7-8 inches, is a little white root.. I dont really wanna put it in a larger pot becuz its gonna be really obvious.. My friend just told me the root will grow into a ball or something.. Can I atleast let it grow in here for a litte while, the plant is only like 4-5 inches and is like 3-4 weeks old.

    Root Question

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking but If you wanna keep it in a smaller pot then they'll be fine. One root sticking out of the bottome isnt a problem. Eventually though the roots will want to expand and reach for my water and they will be confined. This is called "root-bound" if it continues the plants will dry out easily and grow much slower. Your best bet is to transplants to give the roots room to grow but root-bound plants are alot better than getting busted.

    Root Question

If the pot you have it in is a cup? Then I would suggest you transplant in a few days, say bout five. That way it'll have a chance to establish a well structured root system.go with ya gut! Sooner the better really.

    Holla!

Yea should be okay for about a week but they really will need a pot upgrade or else you'll have a very slow growing plant.
