Root Question
Today after transplanting, I noticed at the bottom of my soil, which is about 7-8 inches, is a little white root.. I dont really wanna put it in a larger pot becuz its gonna be really obvious.. My friend just told me the root will grow into a ball or something.. Can I atleast let it grow in here for a litte while, the plant is only like 4-5 inches and is like 3-4 weeks old.

Root Question
The roots will grow around the container till the become rootbound. It slows growth and affects the yeild. You should by all means give it some room to root around!

Root Question
You can and should move to bigger pot.
Line the pot bottom with 2-3 inches of small lava rock. This will help your roots from becoming rootbound as they spend time and energy encapsulating the entire rock bottom. They will draw minerals from the rock and still allow your plant to produce nice tomatos.
This will also help you keep container size to bare minimums. You can grow huge plants in 8 quart containers.
