hi i take zoloft, antidepressents and i want to smoke pot is it ok? and it says iit can cause heart rate faster and panic attacks. SHould i be scared?

Yeah, seriously, ask your doctor. A friend of mine(actually, almost everyone i know, including all those in my family) is prescribed Zoloft, and the first night she got them she had taken 1 or 2 pills that entire day, the last one at lunch or something, and she smoked around 7 pm and all of a sudden she started having a seizure and foaming and spitting at the mouth, her entire body convulsing. When she stopped convulsing she just looked around and couldn't move or speak besides her head and she just made this face like, 'GOD! MY HEAD HURTS!" WE thought she was going to be paralyzed for life, we called the paramedics and she's fine now, but they said it was a reaction from the zoloft interacting with the weed. So, just be careful man, and seriously ask your doctor. A doctor isn't going to call up the cops and report you, their doctor/patient confidentiality clause binds them unless you are wanting to commit suicide or kill someone else, or unless you wreck etc under the influence. ANYWAY, yeah, ask your doctor....

Ask you doctor..it really depends on the person, i hear. I have a buddy who takes that stuff and she smokes fine.

just dint smoke if you are on a real high dose of zolof.

Weed has been shown to exhibit antidepressive properties, so, yeah, ask your doctor. You don't want to be too happy.
